On a Wednesday every other month, we go to Cheer Up Charlie’s on East 6th St. in Austin, Texas to hear five writers take five minutes each to read an original work based on a central theme. And then maybe a sandwich after. Admission is free and the bar is open for business.
What we’re saying is that Five Things is a damn good time.
